I set up Account, as I am an Expat in Malaysia, because they have had chargebacks from Malaysia before they decided to disallow Purchases from Malaysia and canceled my account after initially accepting payment, this wasted several...Lire la suite hours of my time in waiting for the account to be set up only to find out I had to search for a new host...Moins

Thank you for the review. We want to apologize for the caused inconvenience, but we were forced to add this restriction as more than 90% of the orders that we receive from Malaysia are used for fraud schemes, spa...Lire la suitem or other types of abuse and they end up in chargebacks. All of this results in a lot of problems and manual work, so we had to make the tough decision to deny the service for your country.
We know that with this limitation in place you should not be able to make the payment in the first place, thus not losing valuable time, but we can assure you that we are slowly working towards fixing this.

When I needed to get hosting I was in "Malaysia"
I gave my "Australian" address..
I used My "Malaysian" credit card to pay for it so I could get the Auth.

So while you take money fast, you take your time returning it after NOT PROVIDING a service that IS WITHIN THE BOUNDS of you TOS...

I have had some issues with my site and the guys from awardspace offered me to transfer my site with them. I bought the cheapest plan (by their advice) and now not only I pay less for the hosting but I have better site speed.

Worst ever Customer Service

They can delete your account an chose not to provide your data back to you with no notice. They have a very bad customer service. I advice not to push your website there otherwize there is a strong risk of losing your data.
