This hosting company are far above the average host. Not only do my sites load faster, but the support they provide is second to none. Every question I've had has been answered promptly, usually within an hour.
I wish I had found Black.Host a long time ago. it's so good that as well as hosting the main project with them, I am now thinking of taking an additional "play around" server with them for some of the other minor websites and projects - and migrating away from our old host altogether. Something I did not anticipate doing.
We had an issue with some *Third Party* code and I was truly stunned that they (Thomas Nuchatel) actually debugged the code for me and brought the site back online when I was struggling to make it work properly.
Really did not expect that level of support at all, especially as our server is fairly modest at the moment. Excellent performance but one of the more inexpensive options.
If you want very fast hosting with a brilliant "Can Do" attitude, I strongly suggest you check these folks out. The hardware works very well - but it is the aftersales that has won me over as a loyal customer for the long term.
It's good to find a company you actually feel you can depend on if you need it - and if your business REVOLVES around reliable hosting - these are the ones.

Took my money, nor refund, no evidence of me hosting said "botnet controller" I never even got the service running. Absolutely useless, I will never consider using them again. Absolutely fuming.

In our defense:
1. You did not provided any personal information in your account ( eg. first and last names ) 2. You've only provided an email address which was not and it is not verified 3. Your order looked suspicious due to the way of the domain name, which was making the probability of this hosting account to be used for some illegal activities very high. 4. We've issued you full refund, due to payment method you've used ( Bitcoin ) it takes some time until it is processed from our payment gateway.
If you haven't claimed your refund I'm advising you to check your email and find the refund instructions provided from our payment gateway.
Again we're deeply sorry for your bad experience and we do hope in future we will find a way for future collaboration.
Too long to be activated, but I got refund immediately.
Maybe they are really good Hosting, but I will never find it out, because after 24 hours of waiting to be either Activated or Responded from Support I just dropped using it at all. But I really respect, that they have refunded me immediately, without me asking for it. So conclusion is: If you don't want to wait too long to be activated, try another host.

Your order was marked as for manual review due to the fact because it was made from highly risky country. The order was made on in 19:14 GMT, however as our compliance team has working business hours from 9:00 till 17:00 GMT ( Monday to Friday ) they didn't had chance to manually check and approve your order since you've canceled the order at 06:49 GMT which was later fully refunded at 09:26.
