I purchased a web hosting account from them and it was never activated and my account was locked. I even contacted their support department by email in they never even sent me a email back, For a while i was able to login to their client area with no problems. After a day it stop letting me login with my email and password. I even made a new account and sent them a ticket they account was locked. As well after a day or two in nothing back from them.
