Moved to Gatnet 3 month ago. The service and support both are good. the pricing is also cheap when compared to my previous provider with the same features. Overall very much ssatisfied with them.

Excellent support. The server speed is great. Using for 3 months, I have never seen a downtime till now. My previous hosting has some email problems. But the problem is solved after migration to gatnet.
The response time is good. Most of the tickets are answered within 30mins. They don't have much knowledge base article to follow up with the setup. But the support is kind enough to guide me. They can improve the live chat support.
