Its been 2 days my all websites are disappeared from host4geeks server and they are calling them professional, no one is replying on Ticket and even they blcoked me on chat hence i can't chat with anyone.
Pathetic service

Server speed was also slow but i was managing somehow

I've never had to wait more than 30 minutes for exceptional service; a problem with my cluster was resolved in 20 minutes, and a difficulty with downloading characters was resolved quickly enough that I didn't even have time to vi...Lire la suitesit the support ticket page. My main issue has been not knowing that I needed to ask staff to cluster up my server. It would be wonderful to have a message or button that informed/took you to support to ask the staff.Moins
