It is rare today that a company provides good customer service. It is almost impossible to find great customer service Newtek is my only vendor that provides EXCELLENT customer service.
Today I called into Billing with a question. Daniel took the call and very quickly solved the problem.
Then, I off-handedly asked him a non-Billing question. He graciously took the question and answered it. He was AWESOME.
If Newtek could clone Daniel and offered to sell the clones to other companies the stock price would triple.
Thank you Newtek management for hiring and retaining folks like Daniel. I have never been disappointed with Newtek Customer Service in 23 years.
Our server has been going down every 2 weeks for the past 2-3 months and I have to call them each time and it took them forever to fix the problem... in the meantime, my whole office can't work and there is no income coming in. The tech support is hard to get hold off, we called them on a Friday, the problem still not fixed by Monday. Horibble ! Cannot depend on this company.
Needed to combine two websites into one while moving one off a ColdFusion platform to a .net platform, Daniel Thomas was absolutely outstanding to work with! Everything went smoothly. Had issues installing email accounts and Joey helped out tremendously. Their technical support really made a difference, without them I would still be having problems.

For reasons known only to the gods of the Internet, my email stopped working--which, as a business person who relies on it heavily, is not good situation. I sent an email to Newtek with as much detail as I could provide, and within minutes I received a response from Joey Wilton in Technical Support. He quickly ran a few tests, identified the problem, and had it fixed within 30 minutes, keeping me updated throughout. This is what 'support' means in the term, 'tech support.' Joey gets my strongest recommendation. Thank you!
I have been hosting my own sites, as well as clients' sites, with Newtek since 2004. Their services have evolved as web technology has evolved, but most importantly, they have top notch humans supporting their services.
Emailed support and got a response very quickly with the answers I was seeking. Most other hosting companies it would have been 30-45 minutes of back and forth... appreciate getting real support
