I like the price I pay for the service and control panel they provide. And that is really enough for me. When I started with them I was familiar with the control panel so that was not a problem to use. As for the technical side - everything looks great: no fail no downtime. Support option was not used yet but I assume that is good as well. Such type of hosted solution is good for me and I do appreciate the service quality.
Using nonamehosts services for couple of years already. The server is always fast and I the service is very fast to response and solve any issues. They even helped me configure the server, although they provide unmanaged VPS.
When I started with osTicket application I was pretty sure that application update will be the same easy as process of installation. So I have made upgrade myself (I believed I followed all instructions). But right after that I discovered web site error. I'm more familiar with Cpanel while they have Plesk control panel. After several attempts I decided to contact support for help and got upgraded app soon. Lesson learned - will never upgrade my ups myself - better ask support for help.
