I signed up to Servers Australia and they have wasted my time and money by deploying faulty server, imaging it with evaluation server copy. Mick the Salesman, told his techs not to assist us, when nothing worked and started to upsell.
I will never recommend him or Servers Australia to anyone.
We where paying about $500 for all the extras support etc, after years of repetitive security issue we canceled the service, their website marketing is dishonest and misleading promising thinks they just cant delivery on such as secure hosting, fastest speeds and no contracts, now they are billing us again after we canceled weeks earlier and charging late payment fees for services we no longer use. We now pay a fraction of that cost and have a truly secure service - Bottom line shop around there are much better options.
Whenever we need remote hands or technical advice, they go out of their way to assist us. They are easy to get ahold of and their CEO is very much customer-focused with an emphasis on solving problems. Not sure what the other reviews are about on here, as it definitely does not reflect the experience we have had.
Our servers are hosted in the original EQX-SY1 facility. Would gladly recommend!
Servers OK for servers but bad service and virtually no to little support, if you are good at Linux or windows servers technical side of things and you can manage your servers yourself they are passable but not that great. I don't normally write up reviews but lately SA has been really lacking quality of service. They need to improve their customer service big time.
I have had nothing but issues with Servers Australia. The customer support is beyond horrible and slow. Expensive and not worth the effort. They often set things up incorrectly or don't actually complete the process and it then takes 2 days to get a response and another day to have it fixed, which you then have to review and go back to your ticket to say it wasn't done correctly or completed.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This company has the worst servers I have ever used. They were running really slow and we lost customers, lots of time trying to diagnose problems constantly and lost a lot of money. I don't usually post bad news very rarely but when they are still charging me for a service which I am not using and did not perform as they said it would and also they are threatening to take invoices to a collection agency. This is not how you treat your valued customers.
Slow and expensive compared to overseas hosting. Australias Internet network is always having problems. If you want to learn the hard way start with an Australian webhost.
I am using their dedicated hosting to support my business website and I am happy I chose them. They were recommended to me by another business owner and they said how reliable their site is. This may not be the cheapest option but it is the best in Australia.
