The Servers are Great, But the Customer Support is the Worst i've seen
The servers are great, fast and very well designed, but the customer support service is the Worst i have seen in my life, i´m a webmaster for 20 years, and never seen that kind of service, in this case provided by "Dany" from costumer support.
Just wanna say "Dany" you must be a type full of complexes and problems, treat yourself before you speak badly with people!
Our TOS stipulates that after several months, you are supposed to know our services better, and explore well our knowledge base on which we improved deeply the search box feature. More in your case, as a webmaster, you should be aware of all these basic things about website issues, and use of knowledge base. Over 6 tickets opened, despite the message displayed before opening a ticket, nearly all your questions were basic, and answer was in full in our knowledge base. The worst of all is that you still don\'t understand that even if we explained this several times in tickets to which we answered of course to what you were searching for. We consider your behavior unfair, and this makes no sense to us to continue collaborate with you. We will now notify you about end of collaboration at next expiry date of your service.
I am helping a friend to set up a website for his camping business and was looking for the best hosting solution for him.
