We had hostpapa from 2011, until this year is become horrible, they suspendue our service without any correct reason

I paid 6 dollars / month and contract until 05/ 28 / 2021 and they want suspendant the hosting
I asked over 10 time what wrong and they said had fails, what fails ? no answer
here are there response all the same shit:
You can go to your cPanel - Resource Usage and select a period of time to see if there were any generated faults. Unfortunately as long as your resource usage goes outside of your hosting plan's capacities and faults are being generated, this violates our Terms of Services and we are in our legal right to suspend these services if these issues are not resolved in the timeframe given by our system administrators.
If you need more information regarding the issue, other than the one me and my colleagues have already provided in the past 3 months, you will need to hire a developer to look into it further, so you can localize and fix these issues.
I want to reassure you that we are not looking to just make another sale. Excessive resource usage can cause performance issues on our servers, resulting in CPU load and server crashes and additional downtime for our clients, which is something that our system administrators will not allow. Due to that, they have given you time until 2th of November to resolve these issues, if you wish to do so by optimization work. You can also go with the suggested upgrade, which will easily solve these issues by providing you with more server power, according to your needs. Regardless, if these issues are not resolved within the given timeframe, our administrators will have no other choice but to suspend your services, which is why I advise you to consider the upgrade solution, as I believe it's the best option for you. It will fix the issues and it will lower your costs as well, which is a great solution I believe.
