% uptime and the speeds are excellent. Recently they moved over from Vesta web panel to CPanel and they transferred everything over to a new service extremely quickly, they also kept my old service online until the end of my billing agreement incase anything needs to be transferred in my own time.
The customer service though is the best I've ever had. The English and grammar of the support agents is spot on and their communication skills are truly excellent. Not only that but I don't think I've ever had to wait longer than 15-30 minutes for a reply to a support ticket, something I've never experienced with any other web host.
I wish there was more I could say in terms of the reliability when it comes to my site operating but there isn't! I simply have no issues, my site runs smooth, fast and is always online.
The layout of their website and client panel is really well designed which goes with the modern flat design trend.
The prices are spot on, they vary from as little as $1/month for shared webhosting, up to $100/month for a VPS with a really decent spec. Another service they offer is also reseller hosting which I thought was nice as it's not always offered by webhosts.
All in all, even if you start off with a cheaper hosting option to test the waters you will not regret it.
