always working as they should and their support team are quick to reply and deal with any queries you have. If you have a managed service they will do what they can on your VPS and give you a full update of what they are doing and what they have done. I can't fault them at all. Great job, KnownHost!

olutely enjoy communicating and working with Register Domain SA. Their online support ticketing and billing system is efficient and easy to use. I am confident. My account is managed. My billing data is private and secure, My packages and services are always active and updated - allowing me to concentrate on my creative design work. The packages are affordable and upgrading my services and packages via my account dashboard is easy-on-the-go. Their website is clean, the data is easy to read, the information is accurate and I understand. I receive regular mail updates about my packages and services. I am happy to access my cpanel at anytime. All my data is displayed accurately on the dashboard. Local is lekker!

Worst mistake of my life was signing up with these guys. One of my accounts was hacked and their abuse team sent me an email ...

alerting me to the files that were malicious. I deleted all of them except one (which I missed by mistake). Because of this, on a Friday night, they shut my site down - took it off line. Then they give me the spin that their 'abuse team' is different from their "support team" and they only work 9-5 monday to friday - no after hours support. So my site is now offline until Monday at the earliest. Dreadful service, in no way fit for a professional business to rely on. Please learn from my mistake, avoid these guys at all costs.
