f a Netcraft abuse report. Netcraft later investigated, confirmed the report was incorrect, and removed my server IP from the incident. Despite providing this confirmation, AlexHost repeatedly refused my refund and continued sending template responses instead of reviewing the updated evidence. My experience with their customer support and refund handling was very disappointing.
