When I open a ticket for the overide, ChemiCloud staff, previously compliant, now give you attitude and in some cases will not do it. If one pays for hosting, unless there is a legal issue, hosting sites and allowing domains to be pointed should not be an issue. Further, a client should be able to add / remove domains without opening a ticket. Now, the staff at ChemiCloud are so miffed at me, they are throttling usage, and I am on the Turbo plan. Glitchy system, belligerent staff and wilfully sabotaging paid clients on the Turbo plan, tsk tsk. It seems ChemiCloud has reached maturity and it is time to retire. Money paid for a valuable lesson, avoid ChemiCloud.
