I previously had an inferior and cheaper VPS from RouterHosting and it was decent and much faster than the VPS from this company. I have only logged on to the VPS for about 1 hour and realized that it is very slow so I went to their chat support to tell them the problem and politely asked if I can just cancel it and asked for a refund, they don't do any refunds. Apparently it was my fault for not asking for a trial first. It should not be the customers fault if your VPS doesn't perform as your specs suggest. Be careful subscribing to any services with this company. You better spend your money on other TRULY RELIABLE VPS companies. This company is not worthy of your investment. This has been a waste of money for me and I hope this will serve as a warning to other future customers. All I can do now is use this VPS as experimental environment to at least get my moneys worth. But even as test environment I don't think this will be good enough.I hope there will be some online regulator that will investigate companies like these.
