Très bon service, mais pas forcément pour ceux basé en France

Leurs service est simplement génial, super simple d'utiliser, très clair et rapide, disposant d'une version d'essai, le seul bémol pour nous c'est que...

leurs serveurs étant assez loin de Paris, cela créer du délais par exemple lorsqu'on clique sur quelque chose, le click va seulement s'enregistrer une demi seconde plus tard, ce qui est normal vu la distance entre Paris et le serveur le plus proche, qui étais Londre. Si ce n'est pas quelque chose de gênant pour vous, n'hésitez pas une seul seconde.

ed with it. I have not experienced better customer service elsewhere. they are very efficient and able to resolve any issue on the spot through the chat service which I find very useful. I have also used their 30 days money back guarantee. They do refund your payment fast. That no fuss refund has build my confident in this company.

Kamatera will block your access and prevent you from accessing your own data

This is happening for the second time with my business: The company claims they will process the payments and send confirmation emails, but they don’t...

actually process the payments or charge the card, despite us having already provided two payment options, including a bank account. They don’t complete the payment, and they lock us out. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME OUR BUSINESS HAS BEEN AFFECTED. THEY DON’T HAVE 24/7 CUSTOMER SERVICE. Kamatera claims they are outside of working hours and make you wait several days. The last time, WE WERE LOCKED OUT FOR FOUR DAYS BECAUSE IT WAS A HOLIDAY. This time, we’ve already emailed and called multiple times, and the only person answering the phone says he can’t do anything because it will take at least 24 hours for the billing department to resolve the issue. KAMATERA HOLDS OUR INFORMATION AND REFUSES US ACCESS TO, BUT ALSO REFUSES TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE IMMEDIATELY, AND THEY WILL FIX THE PROBLEM WHENEVER THEY WANT. Now, imagine your entire business paralyzed because Kamatera is holding your business information “hostage”, and won’t unlock your account because they did not process the payment. We do not recommend their services at all.

Not an honest VPS provider

just subscribed to one of the servers of this company, unfortunately the server is sluggish. It keeps freezing every time I ask it to do something. It...

eventually does the job after a couple of minutes. The specs of the server I purchased was pretty good on paper with 8GB of RAM, 2 x 2.7 GHz virtual CPU, 5TB of Bandwidth. I previously had an inferior and cheaper VPS from RouterHosting and it was decent and much faster than the VPS from this company. I have only logged on to the VPS for about 1 hour and realized that it is very slow so I went to their chat support to tell them the problem and politely asked if I can just cancel it and asked for a refund, they don't do any refunds. Apparently it was my fault for not asking for a trial first. It should not be the customers fault if your VPS doesn't perform as your specs suggest. Be careful subscribing to any services with this company. You better spend your money on other TRULY RELIABLE VPS companies. This company is not worthy of your investment. This has been a waste of money for me and I hope this will serve as a warning to other future customers. All I can do now is use this VPS as experimental environment to at least get my moneys worth. But even as test environment I don't think this will be good enough.I hope there will be some online regulator that will investigate companies like these.
