domaine en .FR (ce qui est problématique quand on est français.) LEur service après vente est exceptionnel . Vous pouvez les contacter par chat. Il réponde et solutionne vos problèmes immédiatement. J'ai meêm réussi à négocier les prix de mon abonnement. IL m'ont fait plus de 70 $ de réduction sur mon hébergement à l'année.Le back end est super simple d'utilisation et ils ont un vrai explorateur de fichiers intégré. Pas comme OVH.

J'ai un vps standard chez Bluehost depuis 7 années pour y développer mon site, il y'a a présent 1mois et 15 jours mon site fait une page blanche, plus...
d'administrator, plus de mail, Bluehost m'annonce un malware a retirer moi meme... Ah bon? ok! Je trouve un webmaster qui le fait, depuis rien n'a changé, 40 tickets et escalade support, des dixaines d'heures en chats, téléphones, mails, rien a faire Bluehost s'en contre fou, je ne suis qu'un petit client sur un petit vps, au passage au bout de 1 mois, ils ont même essayer de m'imposer un disque dure plus gros, prétextant que mon disque était une des cause rempli a 78%..... Support téléphonique et chat horrible, aucun soutien, raccrochage et coupure des agents exacerber par mes relances et appel au secours, aucunes excuses, aucun geste commercial, je part chez Liquidweb sans regret.. Eux respectent et soutiennent leurs clients. Fuyez Bluehost!!! Mon site toujours page blanche a ce jour......

Hi I deposited $4.2 dollars for a VPS and I wanted to change the VPS location which is allowed in their site, it says you can change IP or location...
50 times for free but now they say your money is spent on changing the location and the funny thing is THEY DID NOT EVEN GIVE ME A VPS so I believe they're absolutely scammers. Ticket section is also really messy, when you open a ticket they automatically delete it, support team keeps repeating a message without even caring about your concerns, Avoid At The Cost!!! Do Not Trust Them!!

Last April, I asked them to cancel an upgrade plan that I subscribed but instead of cancelling the new plan and put back my last plan, they just eras...
e all the data of my website. Getting help from them with customer services in India was hell and they proposed me many time to compensate this by reimbursing me 3 months of fees. I really do not recommend this compagnie, while they have the worst costumer services. Taking to a real manager its quite impossible. Also, be aware that they are trying to limit their responsabilities and refused to go in court if any damages are causes by them. They had chosen arbitration to hide their bad behaviour and errors.
